Hey there, I'm Breanna!

I am a mother to my two beautiful children who are 1.5 and 3.5 years old! I have been married for just over 4 years and we live in Minnesota. I became a mom in 2020 and when I was pregnant, I knew that my sleep was about to change. Or at least I thought I did. You know those things you think you know about being parents before you are actually a parent, haha! 
I had just gone back to work, and my daughter was up every hour, I was angry at my husband and felt like I was never going to get through the sleepless nights. My anxiety was at an all-time high and I remember thinking "how do moms do this?" I felt like there was something wrong with me, I was not enjoying motherhood because I was SO tired. Which is the most untrue statement but as moms we are so hard on ourselves!
I learned about "sleep coaching" from a mom friend who had her daughter a couple months before mine. It was life changing. 
I finally felt like myself again, my husband and I could resume date nights and I enjoyed the days so much more!!

I am passionate about helping parents get the rest they need and deserve. My approach is to provide a gentle, yet effective, solution customized to each family. Whether you're dealing with a newborn who won't sleep or a toddler who has trouble staying asleep, we can work together to develop a plan that works for you. My goal is to help you establish a routine that is sustainable, so you can get the rest you need, and your child can get the sleep they need to grow healthy and strong.
